strategies for you to keep your employees happy. Our objective
is to add great people to wonderful organizations and
teams. We make our reputation by finding people who share
the visions and make long term contributions to the value
of the enterprise. We only succeed when those people stay
with the organization and flourish. You see our objectives
are exactly the same!
Here's some FREE advice on keeping employees happy:
This is basic. To keep good people you have to hire good
people. If you create the right image for your property it
will be easier to attract the cream of the crop.
Job fairs and employee drives are targeted efforts that
must be supported by your organization's positive image.
Your property must be recognized in the community as a
good corporate citizen. Support walkathons, urban
redevelopment programs, and other worthwhile endeavors
in your local community. Get your existing employees
excited and involved, then brag about those employees. Make
sure those efforts are recognized in your community
newspapers and other local media. Don't go for the
"big splash"; just keep the little items coming. In the
end, that approach will be much more effective.
You will thrill the participating employees and attract
the attention of potential new team members. Pick a
cause . . . there's lots to do.
