With human resource experience on four continents and fifteen years of hospitality experience with companies like Sheraton and Inter-Continental, Paul has dealt with a wide variety of human resource issues.

He is a licensed psychologist with degrees in Industrial Psychology and Educational Science from State College in Ghent, in his native Belgium.  He also has the "Certified Hotel Administration" designation from the Educational Institute.

Experience outside the hospitality industry includes a twelve-year career with Proctor & Gamble and six years with ITT.
