Two and one-half day on-site seminar on prospecting for new
business. Includes:
- Analysis of Sales Skills & Behavioral Selling Styles of
each sales member.
- One full day of prospecting training in classroom.
- One-on-one sessions with each sales person and
DOS & M. and General Manager on how to use training
and analysis for continued prospecting improvement.
